I'm glad to hear your dad's birthday party went as planned. I bet the look on his face was priceless! 113 yrs huh? Holy cow! I think I believe it. We've never had trees up and die on us because of the cold but the temps had been so warm (80's) over a 2 week period then the cold blast hit us and now what used to be beautiful green leaves just appearing, are dead, dried up crunchy leaves. Thats wonderful you had the party for your dad, he will remember that for a long time as well I am sure. No more snow here in Pa. but at the moment it is raining. So i wanted to stop in and say hi to you before we take off to our sons house for a visit with the grandkids. I work 12 hours a day for the next 2 days so I am sure by Friday night i wont feel like socializing to much. At this time we are short 2 nurses again. Have a great Thursday.
