We’re Home

Thanks everyone for your well wishes and good thoughts for Poco. Just a quick little update for you. We’re back home now and he’s doing fine. Of course he was hungry and did eat a little as soon as we got home.  All he wants is to be held wrapped up in his warm blanket.  So on this chilly fall afternoon I think we will hit the couch, channel surf, nap, and read the Dan Brown book I’ve  been working on. Think he’ll share his blanket with me ;-) ?

He has 3 days of pain medication given once a day. No playing, no running, or jumping. I’m guessing his little body knows that already.  Oh he had the home again microchip placed too.  It went under the skin between the shoulder blades and is the size of a grain of rice.

Kirk, Beth you both asked about sweaters. Yes I bought him a fleece and a tee shirt Wednesday when it got so cold. Still kind of big on him though. He has a fleece blanket in his bed that he snuggles with.

TGIF everyone….yea this week is over. Wishing you all a great weekend!

    Hi Elaine,

Here’s hoping Poco is back up and running around hiding everything you leave on the floor back under the bed! That little guy has gone through a lot of Vet visits the last few months, hasn’t he? Enjoy your weekend together :-)

Our Toby is doing better since his run in with that drunken motorcyclists. Still wearing his sporty t shirts till the wound is completly healed.

Glad your pooch is on the mend as well.

Laoch - Thanks! he’s doing much better now.

Nooner – He has been to the vet a lot it seems, those puppy shots every 3 weeks sure add up. You have a good weekend too.

Janet – Thanks! I still can’t find any sporty tee shirts like Toby has. Glad to hear he’s on the mend too.

I like your quote of the day on the importance of what we don’t do sometimes that matter. Glad to hear your little pup is doing better. All these puppy trips to the vet will soon be long forgotten, I’m sure!

Love the quote, and Deception Point was a super book! Enjoy!

Keli - glad you like the quote :-) Puppy is full of piss and vinegar again so getting back to normal!
Karen – yep back to normal, little wild man running around the house.
Kimmy - ahh glad you liked the pictures :-)

Oh fiddle, for a moment I thought you meant a new Dan Brown novel, but now I remember, I’ve read that one. With my memory for books, I could probably read the same thirty ones over again for the remainder of my life.
