janeywan – thanks! yes I’ve been decorating Don’t think I could live there either, MI is cold enough.
Bill – thanks for stopping in. Guess they haven’t been to Switzerland. Remember this was a UN report so take that into consideration.
Ottavio – every night I hear on the news…Americans trying to find American made toys. And I’m sure it’s no different in your country. Safety of our children’s toys is a must.
Rhea – interesting that you’ve been there! Like I said to Bill, this is an UN report that comes out yearly so I would take it with a grain of salt.
Kirk – glad you like the new “do”. I hear ya my friend, plenty of cold and frigid temps here, I don’t want to go any colder.
Nooner – I think it would be a beautiful part of the world to visit! So many places to see and so little time.

With the wind-chill in Chicago at 6F today Tahiti sounds a lot more inviting than Iceland. Thanks for a thought-provoking entry though.

I like the survey sez gadget on your site; very nice. I tend to look at the ‘best of’ surveys with a jaundiced eye. There are little pockets of wonderfulness worldwide that never get considered. )

Iceland hmm? Well…I think I’ll stay right here in good old northern Vermont. Get’s plenty enough icy for me already. Even with global warming.
