The Democratic National Committee has launched a new website, McCainPedia’s “Count the Lies.” To date, independent, nonpartisan fact checkers have published more than 50 fact checks debunking John McCain’s lies and distortions. So much for the maverick and straight talk express.
We have to ask ourselves whether medicine is to remain a humanitarian and respected profession or a new but depersonalized science in the service of prolonging life rather than diminishing human suffering.

It’s like Palin’s “Bridge to No Where” spiel.” It used to be when a politician was caught in a lie they distanced themselves from it. Now they embrace it and the masses cheer for more. I just don’t get it.

I will check out that web in a few moments. Did you notice that the McCainPalin campaign has announced that the Governor will not be cooperating with the investigators in the ‘troopergate’ case? They claim it is tainted because the Obama campaign has somehow pushed it. Like it wasn’t there before McCain selected her. Now she simply has more money and legal muscle to stonewall.

I have no doubt that there are plenty of lies launched by the McCain campaign, but what about the Obama side? Call me cynical, but I find it hard to believe that there aren’t lies on both sides. I have an inherent dislike of current politics, as you may have noticed.
We also have an election on here in Canada also. show me an honest politian then we must be in heaven.
My word from experience vote for witch ever candiate whats ENGLISH as your offical langauge and will keep GOD in your country
nothing worse then seeing your head of state start making a speach about something then switches over to another language so you have no idea what the heck he is saying… but then again sometimes we might be better off not knowing.
