Ready for another top 10 worst foods? This one is the worst trans-fattiest foods in the supermarket.  Do you buy any of these? The only one I’ve bought is the Kraft Mac & Cheese and that was years ago when my kids were little.

    I haven’t read my Womens Health issue this time around. I’ll check that out. It is amazing what we don’t even know we’re eating. And then sort of depressing when we finally do!

    Course if I could eat mangos, bananas, cherries and apples all day, I’d probably be thin and in the bathroom all day. Alas, I pack in the pork, red meat, and sausage like an Atkins freak!!!
