The health insurance landscape is going to change drastically when and if congress passes ANY reform.  Changing health insurance is THE KEY to any meaningful reform. 
In this article, &quot;consumer-driven&quot; plans would make people much more careful with how they spent their money, and charges for healthcare goods and services would probably go down because people would be less willing to pay large amounts. Those aren&#039;t bad things.
