I don’t disagree with you there! But then we would be hearing all the people, “I don’t want socialized medicine” don’t want to be like Canada, France, Netherlands or any other country that offers better health care for it’s citizens. Not to mention the insurance companies and lobbyists working for them. So in the meantime we keep trying to patch our broken system instead of fixing it and it costs us more financially and in human life. How screwed up is this?

We are in the process of spending a trillion dollars in revamping our health care system. Why don’t we just look at what other countries are doing and copy them? It would probably be more successful and cost a hell of a lot less!

I agree with Mary-Anne.
I understand costs, profit etc, but still–I don’t know how some of those health insurance ceos sleep at night.

I was shocked at the amount of money it cost the people of the States for health care, I do not blame the Doctors down there, however I do blame the Capitalistic system ( not that making money is wrong) but it seems to be first especially with the health care Insurance Companies…….No one cares about the people anymore.
